The word that is running through my mind over and over again is "nnnn-no" that is the word of the day, rather maybe the word of the week! This would not be my word but Isaac's; this has begun to be all that he says these past couple of days. And it's not just "no" but "nnnn-no". He says it to everything, sometimes in the right context, but mostly not. Yesterday he stood in front of the window pointing for about 5 minutes saying over and over "nnnn-no" and again in our car ride across town the whole way was "nnnn-no". It is very funny and cute but sometimes when it keeps going on and on it can kindof sound snotty. He has definatly kept us very entertained this last week, the noises and sounds that come from him are more boy than he had already been showing us. On Friday I watched my friends daughter who is 2, and Isaac was a little too crazy and wild for her. She was not at all impressed by his noises and sounds. He was running all over the house making all these crazy noises that kept scaring her. She eventually warmed up and was okay as long as she stayed close to me and Isaac kept his distance.
This past week we have also been working on sign language, we have been doing eat for awhile and he finally will do it and we also learned more and all done and he uses them when I ask him. This week we are working on please and thank you. It's nice that he can tell me somewhat what he wants now instead of just pointing. He was playing on his own the other day and when I looked over he was doing the eat sign without me asking if he wanted to eat.
Here are some other pics from this week and the past few weeks.

For a couple of days Isaac walked around with his tongue hanging out all the time. After about a day of this I finally figured out that he had a sore on his tongue, I think he some how bit his tongue. Once that sore went away, the tongue finally stayed in the mouth!

This is Isaac's new trick. He's always in this position, he loves it when we peak between his legs, he just busts out laughing. His latest thing is that he will do this handstand thing and try to pick up one leg, you can kindof see that in the picture.

Last week someone from church gave us this balloon and it's been Isaac's favorite 'toy' this week. He loves to pull it down very quickly and watch it float back up and then do it all over again and again.

This last week we went to the pool and then splash park a couple of times. He liked the pool but then after awhile he kept crying, I think he just got cold so I wrapped the towel around him and he sat on the chair with me and snuggled for about 20 minutes. It was such a beautiful week to be outside!

This was at Splash Park, it's just a park that has a bunch of fountains, but no pool. He really liked this fountain, but it goes down all the way and then comes back up and gets higher and higher and then starts over again. Isaac didn't have that figured out so he did get a surprise in the face once. That didn't make him too happy.

I was talking with my friend that went to Splash Park with us and I knew Isaac had walked behind us and was playing, so I turned around to see what he was doing and he had crawled up onto this chair on his own and was just hanging out watching everyone. He sat there for about 15 minutes and didn't even move, it was so cute, I don't think I have ever seen him stay in the same position for that long since he's become mobile.

Our little cheeky monkey!

Isaac loves to play with the pots and pans in this drawer but this is the first time time he decided to get in. He just opened the door and then he figured out how to crawl in, he sat in there and played for a couple minutes and then got up and walked out, shut the door and went off playing with something else.
